Vouchers for Pre-Paid Airtime are only valid when used with a SIM card issued by Sat Phone Sales or our upstream provider.

If unsure as to the origins of your SIM card please contact us BEFORE purchasing airtime credit.

Once Pre-Paid Airtime Vouchers are issued they cannot be refunded.
