Airtime Vouchers are delivered by email. Inmarsat 50 and 100 unit vouchers are issued immediately if an instant payment method is used.
ALL of our handsets come with the appropriate pre-paid or post-paid SM Card.
It's easy to get your SIM Card activated and set up on a plan.
Connection time is often one business day, but may take 48 - 72 hours. You will be notified by Email when your connection is active.
The process is a few minutes filling in the online form, within a day you should receive an email and SMS to confirm identity. Once confirmed the process continues with your service details emailed directly.
We offer a full mufacturers warranty and comply with Australian Consumer Law. All new physical products other than batteries (6 months) have a full 12 month warranty. We'll even pay postage in both directions if your unit needs to be returned for a warranty claim.
We offer Bank Deposit, Credit Card, Polipay (uses your own internet banking) and accounts for commercial customers.
We do not refund on "change of mind", however refunds may be part of a warranty remedy.
Pre-Paid Airtime Credits can not be refunded once issued. Please ensure you have a SIM card supplied by Sat Phone Sales or confirmed as able to use our pre-paid airtime prior to airtime putchases.
